My First Experience Of Stop And Shop
I signed up as a Gold Member, you will see what that is when you read on. I was most interested in the Car insurance, I wanted to see if I could save a little money. I’ve been in the military and had USAA insurance for 20 years so thought it would be tuff to beat. With this in mind, I started my research.
When I found the number to call, they answered very quickly and were extremely nice. When I started with my history with USAA, the lady told me that she would do her best to find me a great deal. She said, if she finds something better she will recommend switching. But if she couldn’t find anything better she would recommend staying with USAA. I gave her all my information from my current insurance and she went to work. The result came back and she couldn’t find a better rate.
The moral of this story is, the customer service person didn’t try to talk me into getting something that wasn’t a better deal. How I think about this is, even though they couldn’t get me a discount they can help someone else out. I really appreciated the customer support and will recommend them to anyone.
