We have so many options so below are some links that will help you check your state for funds available. Since the pandemic, states have been joining in the ability to help fund families participating in homeschooling. You will use this as a tool to market yourself and bring in more students. To start this journey, you must get approved first. Once that happens you will gain access to your back office, meaning the FMS vortex. All the tools you need are there, including zoom link and training on building your own YouTube channel. Or as we like to call it, your classroom.
YouTube is going to be your friend after this!
For your YouTube channel, you want to make it inviting. Remember, you are not only a teacher now, but a marketer as well. You are going to introduce yourself, what grades and subjects you will be teaching, and show your technique and original style you will be teaching those subject with. Standing out is the goal, you want to make sure the student wants to come to your class and not someone else’s. Be enthusiastic, show how excited you are about the subjects you will teach. Remember, this will be the first impression they get of you as a teach and a person.
We are branding our Teachers, and helping them get EXPOSURE! This will drive STUDENTS to each Teacher directly, which will in turn give them Compensation.

Online Teachers Pay Structure
One of the many things people think about when starting a new job is, “What will my pay be”! With this program it’s not any different. You will be a 1099 Independent Contractor, and with all the exceptional opportunity’s this program brings you, pay is one of them. Essentially, the pay is determined by you. You can make as much as you want with what your time will allow. With the ability for you to teach multiple grades, subjects, and each class maxing out at 500 students. You only hinder your pay by the ability to bring students to your platform.
But, with the FMS vortex platform, you also gain the ability to utilize other programs for marketing purposes. Not only do you have the opportunity to enter the teaching platform and promote it to family, friends, and promote it yourself. You have the tools in the FMS vortex to access inside programs as well. What you do is all up to you. As an Independent Contractor, the skies the limit for earning potential.
The Online Teachers Program has a specific pay structure explained below:
- Each Student that Accesses a Class, $.50 is Deposited to the Wallet of that specific Teacher. So if there are 150 students in a session, it is $75 for that Session. 400 would be $200. And so on. Max we allow is 500 ($250) per class. If we have more, they will need to go to a different Class or Teacher. By Design.
- Grades 1 – 8, Students are permitted to Attend up to 5 Classes Daily.
- Grades 9- 12, Students are permitted to Attend up to 6 Classes Daily.
- Getting the FMS vortex system will give you access to the Pay Structure. All zoom classroom fees are included with signup.
- Youtube Training is included as well as going over the curriculum material.
- With access to the FMS vortex platform, there is also opportunity to earn more money with promotion of goods and services offered in the program. The potential is endless to build a great customer base or better yet, partnerships and teams not only in the US but globally.
Requirements For Application:
We are looking for Online Teachers to be exceptional. Our Education Platform is just that, exceptional, meaning there is no other program out there like it. We want passionate, loving, caring, exciting, and educated teachers in our program. You must be a self starter and take initiative to take on this opportunity. We don’t want this to just be a paycheck for you.
You will be marketing yourself, so exceptional is what you need to be. Your attraction and personability will be what draws each student to you. The marketing you do will bring the students into the program, but them selecting you as their teacher is solely in your hands. Remember, you get paid per student and not per class. That being said, exceptional is how you’re going to make the money you deserve.
We are looking for Amazing Online Teachers that meet the Criteria listed below:
- Must have 4-year degree in teaching
- We encourage College Graduates and Retired Teachers to apply. The more experience in teaching is better.
- Must have a passion to teach and bring something that stands out outside the ordinary. Earning money should not be the priority.
- Must join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. You will use this to get the payment structure.
- To highlight your unique qualifications, you will need to create a YouTube Channel. This will showcase your talent and give you the opportunity to introduce yourself to the families and potential students. (Don’t worry, Instruction and Training will be provided)
- MUST be Committed and Dedicated to the program.
- Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher standard in education from the traditional school systems.
